My name is Masha and in the beginning of March I started to work in YEE as a Secretary General. I kicked off my activism in Georgian Young Greens and then was Executive Committee Member of Cooperation and Development Network Eastern Europe (CDN) for three years. I joined the Green movement back in Georgia mostly because I was concerned with the Climate Change, after some time I realized that many organisations in CDN actually work not only on the Environmental topics but also are concerned with human rights, especially the rights of the young people and many other topics I had interest in.
YEE is interesting for me because I believe I can develop further my skills, competences and knowledge and dive deeper into the Environmental topics, which I always wanted to do. On the other hand I would like to assure you that I will do my best to make YEE and it’s Member Organisations more confident to take action for combating the Environmental and Youth rights related problems, be heard (and taken serious) on the local level and strengthen the international networking, cooperation and solidarity.

Good luck to all of us!
