I grew up with forest walks and my parents´ vegetable garden. When I came to Paris two years ago for my studies, I realised that I could not be happy without being close to nature. That is one of the main reasons why I applied for this EVS: the opportunity to work for, but also IN the nature.

This need for being rooted to nature has also made me think a lot about the place we – humans - take up on this planet. This EVS is an occasion to develop my thinking about the relation we maintain towards our environment and the possibility to live in a more environmentally-respectful way. But it is also and mainly an opportunity to act, and to become a part of a movement that tries to make our world a slightly better place. I hope that, in my way, I can do my share!
