Call for Preparatory Project Team Members!

Do you enjoy working on inspiring projects and organising successful trainings and events? Do you want to empower young people and plan a great training session with YEE? If you answered yes to both of these questions, apply now and become part of our Prep-Team!

Youth and Environment Europe is looking for members of the preparatory project team for the Training Course “Building the Vision: Youth environmental organisations of the future” as part of its long-term project “Imagining the Green Future: Environmental strategy and Youth advocacy”. The aim of this project is to contribute to the sustainability of the activities and structure of environmental youth movements, informal groups and organisations to ensure young people’s access to participation in environmental policymaking processes.

We kicked off the “Imagining the Green Future” with our online week-long training course “Building the Vision Online”. Now, we would like to dig deeper and explore how to shift from an informal group or a grassroots movement into a sustainable and effective organisation with a vision and structure! The Training Course “Building the Vision: Youth environmental organisations of the future” will take place in Prague (Czech Republic) from 26th October to 01st November 2020. The five-day Training Course will bring together 28 young people from all over Europe. With this activity we would like to prepare young people from environmental movements, informal groups and NGOs to think of (re)establishing their structure and (re)defining their vision, organisational aims and objectives.
