¡Hola!
I am Annaïs and I come from the beautiful North of Spain. I have always been a curious and adventurous girl who has a deep passion for Nature and outdoors. When I was 18, I moved to Ireland and England for 2 years and also backpacked around Europe.
These experiences abroad were so powerful and inspiring to me that were also the key to knowing what I wanted to do next. That is why I studied tourism and become a guide and an environmental educator and interpreter. In addition, I joined the Spanish Red Cross as a volunteer getting involved in Environmental projects, as well as Erasmus Plus youth exchanges and trainings.
Throughout that time, I was always looking for real experiences, getting to know the local people, their culture and traditions, going hiking and taking my time to explore the place. This helped me to understand, to learn, to know who I am (who we are) and to see clearly that we all belong to the same planet and that it is everybody’s duty to protect it too. I always try to help as much as I can and I strongly believe that if you do good, life will bring good back to you somehow. For this reason, I am very fortunate and grateful to be able to join the YEE Team here in Prague!

YEE aims to unite environmental youth non-profit organisations in Europe in order to enhance international cooperation, increase knowledge about the climate crisis, raise awareness of environmental problems and to strengthen participation of youth in environmental decision-making.
