Hi! I’m Naïs, I’m French and I am 24 years old.
Naïs, tell us a bit more about yourself!
I am currently getting my MSc in Environmental Policy and Regulation in London. Before that, I studied in Austin, Texas where I got my bachelor’s in Global Studies and Spanish. I came to be part of YEE from word of mouth, as I had heard incredible things about the team and YEE’s work.
In March 2021, I got the opportunity to join YEE and it has been such a powerful experience ever since. I got to meet and work passionate and talented young people, overcome many challenges and grow with the organisation. Being part of YEE has oriented me in my professional aspirations as well, as I am to focus on advocacy, grass-root activism, intersectionality and climate philanthropy.
What are some of the causes you care about?
Social justice!
What do you hope the world will look like in 2050?
I don’t want to jinx it ;).
If you could time-travel, what era would you like to visit and why?
The far future, I’ve always been very curious about it!
What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working?
Reading, yoga, travelling, being around friends and family

YEE aims to unite environmental youth non-profit organisations in Europe in order to enhance international cooperation, increase knowledge about the climate crisis, raise awareness of environmental problems and to strengthen participation of youth in environmental decision-making.
