We started the last day of the Annual Meeting with voting for the final document of the Working Plan 2015. The next session on the agenda was the presentation and approval of the Draft Budget 2015 led by Mercedes Fioravanti (Secretary General) and Vasily Bashutkin (Treasurer), followed by a short discussion.

Then it was time for each participant to fill in the evaluation form for the Annual Meeting. After this, the closing ceremony took place in a very friendly atmosphere. We sat in a circle sharing our impressions from the event and the enthusiasm for our future collaboration.

Everyone was using the last moments for socializing, while the Board was having the first Board meeting of their mandate. We had our last lunch together, before everyone started their journeys back home, very excited and enthusiastic for the next time they would meet each other, hopefully in one of the many projects planned for next year!
