YEE's Annual Meeting officially started today. In the morning, the participants had the opportunity to know each other better and to introduce their Member Organisations. Then Anja Wilken, the Chairperson, officially opened the meeting and presented the planned agenda which was afterwards approved by the General Assembly.

On the next session, YEE's activities from the previous year had been presented and described by the office staff and Board Members. Later, Vasily Bashutkin, the Treasurer, explained the network's financial situation.

This was followed by the Secretariat report, which was presented through a funny and creative theater play. In the session of the Board report presentation, the Board members reported what they have been working on during the year. The programme continued with the clearing of the Board and opening the call for the nomination for new Board members. The day finished with the Project Planning sessions. Natalia and Gosia from the Secretariat made a small introduction on funding and the project teams had time to develop their project ideas. It was a really productive and intense day.
