We started the second day of the Annual Meeting with an energizer. Then we continued with the first thing on the agenda which was the discussion and proposal for the new structure of the Strategies and Work Plan. After that the General Assembly voted for the acceptance of the Short-term Strategies 2015-2016. The next session was facilitated by Lira Hakani who presented the opportunities, responsibilities and rights of YEE's network. 

After lunch, we reviewed the membership of 3 Member organisations and IPAS (Association for Environmental Integration and Social Progress) from Albania was approved as the newest associate member of YEE Network.

Later the participants spent time with the elaboration and presentation of the projects which they want to include in the Work Plan 2016. The General Assembly approved most of these projects and the Work Plan 2016 was adopted.

We finished the day with the election of the new Board Members. The results of the elections were: Anja Wilken as Chairperson, Zaruhi Stepanyan as Project Officer and Vice-Chair Person, Christiane Klemm as External Relation Officer, Janis Porietis as Treasurer, Jessica Massucco as Publications and Promotions Officer and Marieta Baricevic as Member Organisation Officer. Our new Internal Auditors will be Vasily Bashutkin and Thomas Maguire

Finally we closed the day with a lovely bonfire.
