YEE is involved in the project "STEP - Societal and political engagement of young people in environmental issues" which aims to promote and encourage the participation of youth in the decision-making process on environmental matters by developing an eParticipation platform.

We believe that it is important for young people to have a space where they can share their concerns about local environmental problems, discuss and work together with other motivated youngsters across Europe, have a say in the way decisions are made at the EU or even local level with regard to the environment and the well-being of society.

In order to better understand the needs and preferences of young people when it comes to their online presence, we have created a questionnaire about eParticipation and social media.

We invite YEE's Member Organisations and other young people active in the environmental field to share their views with us!

To do so, we ask you to fill in this questionnaire by 12th February 2016.

The answers will be anonymous and will be used securely only for the internal purpose of the research, in order to help young people benefit as much as possible from the project.
