YEE Board and Secretariat, after 4 months, met again for another board meeting, this time in Kapraluv Mlyn eco-centre, near Brno (Czech Republic).

We used these 3 days to reflect on the hard work that has been done until now, and planned the next steps before the Annual Meeting. We also discussed organisational details related to YEE everyday work, and talked about YEE’s strategic plan and potential visions for the future.

We gave each-other updates about the ongoing work, and acknowledged all the work done during the past few months: we finished the Work Plan 2017 with the organisation of the Training Course “Uniting Youth for Ecotourism”  and the closure of “The Right to Be(e)” campaign, and we already jumped into the Work Plan 2018 with the ongoing project “Active youth - better environment!”.

We are already planning the next Annual Meeting, and everybody is ready to take the most of the time left to bring some positive contributions to YEE.

We kept some time for an open space dedicated to share knowledge or skills with the whole Board-Secretariat team. We learnt about what to expect from the new data regulation adopted by the European Union and discovered more about ECO-Unesco activities, as an example of how to engage young people in environmental topics.

These 4 days gave us the time to meet again as a team and to share some moments together in a nice and informal atmosphere. We had a movie night and an improvisation workshop.

A very productive meeting, and a lot of motivation and positive feelings for what is coming soon!
