Earth Day is an annual event held worldwide  in more than 175 countries every year.
The aim of which is to increase awareness and appreciation of the Earth's various natural environments. This year's event held in Toulcův Dvůr was attended by many families with young children. YEE set up a small installation in the middle of the cherry orchard.

Gathering inspiration from "Games for Nature", Irena YEE's Chairperson and Cameron the current EVS volunteer
encouraged children to interact with nature by handing out small pieces of paper with a colourful dot on it. Children then had to bring back something natural which matched this colour. It wasn't all work however, the day was warm and sunny and there are few things better than spending time between groups of inquisitive families and laying in the long grass of an orchard in spring.
