“My association is currently doing a project called Eco - Patrols. Participants of our project are children from 12 to 14 years old from the local villages. We have workshops on environment related topics: ecology, bio protection and recycling. We have different workshops every Saturday in the morning. On 13 May 2017 we made a workshop about healthy food. The aim of the workshop was to show to our participants how it easy to prepare some healthy food. After we explained to the children how food pyramid is made, we prepared some healthy hamburgers and smoothies with natural ingredients. The following infographic represents some other easy recipes of our favourite ingredients that anyone can cook”.
