Project description:

The idea of the project "Sustainability in NGOs" came from the realisation that many environmental NGOs struggle with day-to-day work, administrative tasks and maintaining the quality of their work and activities.

YEE wanted  to address these issues with this online project. We aimed to create a space where our members and other interested youth organisations could expand their knowledge on various topics connected with organisational management: strategic planning, working with people, project management, organising environmentally-friendly projects.

The  main aim of the project was to explore the concept of a sustainability in youth NGOs in order to improve the quality of work of youth organisations.

With this project we organised the following activities:

  • Webinar on topic related to environmental principles of youth organisations.
  • Brief how-to guides on various topics connected with sustainability in organisations.
