I am 24 years old.

Where do you live?
I was born in Belgrade, Serbia, where I have been living all my life.

What do you do? (Studies, work, etc.)
I am finishing my undergraduate studies as an Environmental chemist at the Faculty of chemistry, University of Belgrade, Serbia. During my free time, I have been volunteering in Young Researchers of Serbia organization for 4 years, so as in WWF. Furthermore, my main focus in Young Researchers is being an activist.

Which YEE Member Organization are you a member of? What are your organization main activities?
I am a member of Young Researchers of Serbia. Young Researchers of S erbia is a non-profit, non-governmental organization, whose main aims are environment protection, environmental education, youth exchange and work with young people as well as the promotion of sustainable development, scientific creativity and voluntarism.

Why did you want to become a member of the YEE Board?
I wanted to become a part of an important international group, where I would be able to share the ideas about environmental concern and help them create a better network of Member Organizations. Being a MOs officer gives me opportunity to gain new and deepen already obtained knowledge and skills. On the other hand, I get a chance to work and make friendships with people from different parts of the world.

What is your main aim as 2012-2013 Board Member?
Keeping up contact with the Member Organizations, dealing with and coordinating the applications, admission, etc... Also acting as a mediator between MOs.

Which environmental problem worries you the most?
Environmental problem which worries me the most is insufficiently explored consequences of different types of pollution and urban living in cities.

What is your favourite place in nature?
My favourite place is seaside.
