Every year YEE goes for a day-trip for the World Water Monitoring Day. It is a good way to go a bit out of the office and get closer to nature.
YEE day took place in September 2011 for the first time. As 2011 is the International Year of Forest, it was organised in the frame of YEE´s Forest Campaign.
On the last week of September I discovered what is intergenerational work and work with the community.
Every summer YEE celebrates its Annual Meeting. Representatives from many member organizations (MOs) gather to elect the new board members and decide on the working plan and strategies for the next year.
YEE organizes many different types of activities for its members: youth exchanges, seminars, training courses, study visits...
This summer a training course took place right here, in Toulcuv Dvur, where YEE office is situated. The name was "I can lead! I can facilitate". The idea of it was to train young people who work as leaders or coordinators, to improve their skills in leading and facilitating.
