Eco-emotions Resource pack

Welcome to our resource page dedicated to understanding and managing eco anxiety and eco emotions!

As the impacts of climate change become more evident, many people experience a range of emotions, from anxiety and grief to empowerment and hope. However, these feelings can be hard to understand and navigate on our own. We have therefore made this collection of materials that have been assembled throughout our project.

You can find a great variety of resources in this pack. There are both resources that are hand-picked by experts from our project to create capacity on eco-emotions, and materials created by the participants of our on-site training and workshop. You can find their eco-poems, their tips on how to deal with eco-anxiety, as well as their very own training sessions on eco-anxiety. You can use these trainings in your own work, and draw inspiration from their creative approaches to tackling these topics!

We hope that this resource pack will inspire you to be more equipped in facing your own eco-emotions and to foster resilience within your communities. Whether you are looking for practical tools, creative expression, or simply a way to better understand the feelings that arise in the face of environmental challenges, we believe these resources will offer valuable insights and support.

By embracing these emotions, together, we can channel them into meaningful action for a more sustainable and hopeful future.
