We are looking for 2 trainers between the ages of 18 to 30 for an international Training of Trainers workshop on climate activism, and youth work with a focus on young people from rural areas, minorities, marginalized youth and vulnerable groups.
The trainers will have cost of travel, accommodation and food covered, including a service salary of 500 Euros.
The trainers should:
- be between the age of 18 - 30
- have experience in facilitation and training
- be familiar with non-formal education methods of training
- have knowledge in the field of climate, youth work and activism, and marginalized groups / intersectionality
- believe in diversity and inclusion and you would like to do something to make your local community more inclusive and environmentally aware

Requirements
- Working proficiency in English
- EU work permit
- Eligible applicants must be younger than 30 years of age
- Be aligned with YEE's core values and mission
What will it entail:
- Work with the Project manager to set up the structure of the training.
- Support with training preparation ahead of participants arrival
- Carry 5 days of interactive training sessions using non-formal education methods.
- Support participants understanding and development.
- Assist in training activities and facilitation.
