How to turn global rulings into local action?

This workshop aims to serve as a platform for human rights and environmental defenders to learn how to uphold and utilise the International Court of Justice’s climate ruling. They will have the opportunity to access key knowledge on translating it into legal cases from a panel of experienced advocates and experts with legal backgrounds.

Participants will work on case studies, gaining practical skills to elevate climate justice cases domestically and internationally.
