The Franco-Russian Dialogue on Climate Change has been kicked-off, the online dialogues topics discussed, and now, what’s next? 

After gathering over 50 participants from Russia and France for online youth dialogues to share their knowledge and perspectives on tackling climate change, we are moving to the next step. Let us introduce you to the Franco-Russian Blog! #FrRuBlog focuses on showing insights and policy suggestions on climate change in both countries with the direct contributions of participants representing young people.

The Franco-Russian Blog will cover the five main topics wich are being discussed as part of the dialogue – sustainable energy, biodiversity, the Arctic region, sustainable cities, and the climate ties between Russia and France.

Do you work on energy efficiency, green infrastructure or climate change adaptation? Are you interested in any of these topics? Or are you a creative soul and a passionate writer? Let us know about your passion! We are looking for contributions to our blog, which is a unique opportunity for you to present your ideas to the world and to the whole YEE audience. We encourage all of you to participate. 

The blog will consist of any type of media contributions – articles, interviews, videos, poems, images, podcasts … you can get as creative as you want!

There are only few requirements that you must meet:

• for articles, please make sure that they are between 1,000 and 3,000 words;
• and for videos, they should not be longer than 3 minutes;
• please take into account that the contributions must be related to one of the five topics of the project, as mentioned above.

What´s in it for you? You will meet the YEE team and other participants of the Franco-Russian Dialogue on Climate Change, and gain valuable experience in the dynamic international work environment, you will get new insights on the climate change and expand your knowledge by sharing experience within the biggest European network of youth environmental organisations. Last, but not least, you will enrich your work portfolio. Your name and contribution will be a part of the digital blog which will be available to the wider public including all our members, partners and stakeholders.

Also feel free to reach out to Juanan for consultations at any time. We will proofread your contributions on a rolling basis and will send them back to you to get your final approval.
