Overview
“Legal Seeds” flourish! In 2022-2023 the environmental law project builds upon the previous project and aims at building capacity and raising awareness among young people on current environmental law challenges and opportunities; and at advocating for stronger youth participation in environmental decision making processes.
Main topics of discussion:
- EU Climate laws (RePowerEU, FF55 and other current developments)
- The Aarhus Convention processes
- The EU Green Deal
- Climate litigation, human rights & the environment
